Pre Tryout Workout or OPEN GYMS​
If you are looking to get ready for tryouts this is a great way to prepare.  All open gym participants must have current members of ERVA, either through existing membership (if they played club in the past year) or through temporary summer membership (see below for registration instructions).  The temporary membership also covers membership for tryouts.  

Open Gym Cost: $15 Cash or Check​

We will be scheduling open gym times in the coming weeks.  

1.  Print and fill out EVRA Medical Release Form here:  ERVA_medical_release

2.  Register for ERVA tryout membership and bring proof of registration.  

If you played in the Evergreen Region in 2023 season your EVRA membership is valid till August 31, 2023.  Please make copy and bring to tryouts.

If you did not play in the 2022 season you will need a "Tryout Membership" or "Full Membership"  (Parents must register first and then you are able to register child... click on the link below and you will be directed to EVRA's website, then click on the memberships button in the upper right hand corner)...It's a little confusing so we have included a video taking you step-by-step to purchase membership)
