Blayre Maynes -
U13 Assistant Coach

Blayre grew up playing all kinds of sports but volleyball stuck the most.  She's been involved in volleyball since middle school, and went on to play collegiate ball as a libero.   She loves working with teens and adults and is excited to get these girls to the next level.

Becca Roland - U13 Head Coach

Becca played volleyball at Rim of the World High School in Southern California and also in Idaho as a right-side hitter and defensive specialist. She also ran track, danced, and was a cheerleader. She has continued to play volleyball competitively ever since high school and plays currently with many of the Ignite coaches on community teams. She has three energetic boys and loves giving them a chance to appreciate all things outdoor and active. Some of her hobbies include wake boarding, surfing, waterskiing, snowboarding, cycling, and cooking. After a great seasons with the U16 and U12 teams, Becca is excited to be coaching the U13 team this year.

Kiersten Shelby - U!3 Assistant Coach

You name it, Kiersten loves all sports but fell in love with playing volleyball in 6th grade. She always played on club volleyball teams growing up, and played mostly setter and right side hitter at Ferris High School. Her other love is tennis and she has played competitively her whole life. She still enjoys playing on USTA league teams.
Kiersten has a Masters degree in teaching K-8 and she is used to the classroom, but lately the court has been her classroom. She loves to encourage the girls, but also to help push them and IGNITE their inner strength and determination to learn and improve in all they can!
